WormEze Liquid for Cats & Kittens, 4 fl oz, is a liquid dewormer for removing large roundworms in cats and kittens. Give it directly by mouth or mixed with food or drinking water, following the package directions and age and weight restrictions.

Product Details

Bottle size: 4 fl oz (118 mL).
Active ingredient: piperazine citrate, 275 mg per 5 mL, equivalent to 110 mg piperazine base.
Targets intestinal large roundworms: Toxocara cati and Toxascaris leonina.
Does not treat heartworms, tapeworms or migrating roundworm larvae.

Directions & Storage

Give 5 mL (1 teaspoonful) for each 5 lb of body weight; repeat 10 days after the first treatment.
Give by mouth or mix into food or water. Read and follow the label on your bottle.
Confirm parasites through a veterinary fecal examination and seek veterinary guidance for diagnosis, treatment and control.
Have your pet checked periodically for other intestinal parasites.
Store at 59–86°F.

Important Safety Information

Do not use in kittens under 6 weeks old or under 3 lb.
Do not deworm a sick pet. Consult a veterinarian before treating a severely debilitated animal.
Animals with known kidney disease must be treated only by a veterinarian.
Not recommended for pregnant or nursing females.
Do not deworm more than twice yearly unless advised by a veterinarian.
Follow the dose carefully. Nausea, vomiting or muscular tremors may occur, usually with overdose; contact a veterinarian immediately if side effects appear.
