Fast Facts

Model 240 CarbonX ratchet tie-downs; two straps per pack.
Each strap measures 10 ft long by 1-1/4 in wide.
Safe working load: 1,000 lb per strap. Break strength: 3,000 lb—not the usable working load.

Features & Cargo Use

Flared ergonomic handles and precision ratchet gearing help tighten webbing.
Non-marring coated steel S-hooks, soft-tie loops and extra-long attachment-end webbing offer attachment options.
Protective hex caps and rust-inhibiting material are built into the ratchet design.
Securing straps keep loose webbing bundled during use or storage.

Use & Care

Choose suitable cargo and secure anchor points; protect webbing from sharp edges and hot surfaces.
Follow the supplied instructions and warning tags, close the ratchet completely, and recheck the secured load during travel.
Inspect before each use. Replace straps with worn, frayed, abraded or otherwise damaged webbing.

Important Safety Information

Improper use or exceeding capacity limits can cause serious injury or significant property damage. Follow all manufacturer warnings and instructions.
Never exceed the 1,000 lb safe working load per strap. The 3,000 lb break strength is not a working-load rating. Do not use damaged straps.
