Peladow Premier Calcium Chloride Pellets are a 50 lb snow and ice melter for sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots. The round, white pellets work in temperatures as cold as -25°F and help penetrate ice so the bond with pavement can be cleared away.

Where Can It Be Used?
- Designed for clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots
- Effective at temperatures as cold as -25°F (-32°C)
- Use on concrete only when it is at least one year old and properly designed, constructed, and cured for winter conditions
- Not recommended for wood or masonry surfaces such as stone, brick, and mortar joints
How Do I Apply It?
- Clear loose snow before applying the pellets
- Start at 28 lb per 1,000 sq ft, equivalent to 4 oz per sq yd, and calibrate spreading equipment before use
- Spread the calcium chloride, allow time for it to work, then clear away remaining slush
- Adjust the starting rate for outdoor temperature and ice thickness; thick ice may require more product
