Roundup Ready-To-Use Poison Ivy Plus Tough Brush Killer uses a battery-powered Comfort Wand to treat unwanted brush, vines, weeds and grasses in labeled outdoor areas. This 1.33-gallon jug contains the glyphosate-and-triclopyr formula and is ready to spray without dilution.
Fast Facts
- 1.33-gallon premixed formula; battery-powered Comfort Wand, no mixing or pumping.
- Treats up to 400 sq ft. Targets poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, kudzu, wild blackberry and other labeled brush.
- Rainproof after 30 minutes. Established poison ivy may take 4 weeks or longer for complete control.
Application & Planting
- Read the complete container label before use. Thoroughly wet unwanted foliage during active growth; calm, sunny weather above 60°F is preferred. Shield wanted plants.
- Do not use on or around food/feed crops, for spot weed control in lawns, or for lawn renovation and flower/vegetable-bed preparation.
- Keep people and pets away during treatment and until dry. Plant ornamental flowers after 1 day, grass after 7 days, non-conifer trees/shrubs after 14 days and conifers after 30 days.
Active Ingredients
- Glyphosate isopropylamine salt 1.0%; triclopyr triethylamine salt 0.1%; other ingredients 98.9%.
Handling & Storage
- Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid eye and clothing contact; wash after handling and follow label first aid if exposed.
- Prevent runoff into drains or surface water. Store away from direct sunlight and freezing; lock the nozzle and trigger after use. Keep out of reach of children.
Important Safety Information
- Never burn poison ivy, poison oak or poison sumac, including treated plants: the smoke can cause severe allergic breathing problems.
- Dead poison ivy can still cause a rash. Avoid skin contact when removing treated plants.
