Walkways & Patios: Use as a foundation layer to level or set brick, paver stones and boarders. Fill cracks between bricks by generously applying sand to the surface while sweeping sand into any open crevices. Repeat periodically as needed.

Traction Aid: Sprinkle as needed onto slippery walkways. Sand can also improve vehicle traction on snow and ice covered roads. Sand can be used at all temperatures and is especially valuable when it is too cold for chemical de-icers to work.

Cement Mixes: Sand can be a good aggregate in the mixing of concrete and mortar. Refer to the instructions provided with the cement power for ratios and proper mixing techniques.
