Type S Mortar Mix is a contractor-grade, preblended mortar mix for load bearing applications. It requires only the addition of water and can be used for structural and nonstructural applications above or below grade. Best for masonry foundations, retaining walls, patios, stucco, mortaring brick, and block. This mortar meets or exceeds ASTM C 270.
