Contains mycorrhizal fungi to colonize roots from germination. Enhanced with humic acid. If you're starting seeds in Ocean Forest or Happy Frog, you're using the wrong product — those are too heavy and nutrient-dense for germination. Light Warrior is what seeds actually need.
